The student requests and invoice from Student Accounts. Student accounts notifies the certifying official. The student submits the request for payment through the goarmy site. Once approved the certifying official will confirm classes/hours/cost. Once everything has been verified they will let student accounts know it is ok to submit the invoice.Once the invoice is approved student accounts will provide Business Affairs with the invoice and credit card information to process the payment.
